(Technical Development Training)

TDT Circuit Training - Optional Programming for Registered Pegasus FC Players

We are excited to be able to offer TDT Circuit Training as an optional program for our U8 – U15 travel team players. 

This TDT program will feature high-paced circuit training with high-repetition drills, focusing on increasing the player's training intensity and skill set.

These TDT Circuit Training sessions provide an excellent opportunity for players to enhance their soccer core fundamentals during the winter months. The sessions will emphasize the individual key qualities of a Pegasus player, including:

• Passing and Receiving - Decision-making & technical excellence to create increased soccer IQ

• Ball Mastery - Master the ball and become comfortable in possession with all parts of the foot.

• Dribbling - Cuts and fakes to wrong-foot defenders. Creating dynamic playmaking.

• Explosive speed - Utilizing changes in speed to accelerate with and without the ball. 

• Changes of Direction - Turning sharply with control and protection. Playing under pressure



• Workrate - Drive and determination to challenge intensity.
